This website is brought to you by the AHEADgca (Atlas of Histopathology for Advancing Diagnostics in Giant Cell Arteritis) research team. We are a multidisciplinary group of clinicians, academics and researchers funded by Leeds Hospital Charity. Our mission is to improve the consistency of reporting of temporal artery biopsies for the diagnosis of giant cell arteritis and provide an online educational platform to aid histopathologists at all stages of their training and beyond.
